Paper Piecing - Wed. 3/22 5:30-8:30
Come learn machine paper piecing in this class with Ann Olson. We will be using Carolyn Friedlander's brand-new Pine Quilt pattern.
During the class, students will learn how to paper piece from start to finish. Students will be able to choose between either the Tiny Tree (Intermediate) or the Less-tiny Tree (Beginner) and is guaranteed to complete at least one block in the class.
Pattern– make paper copies of Tiny or Less-tiny pattern (at least 3 copies)
Fabric (see pattern for size you want to make)
Sewing machine and basic sewing supplies
1/4" piecing foot
Scissors and thread snips
6 inch square ruler
6 x 24 ruler
Optional - travel iron and small pressing table, starch
All materials and supplies purchased at Owl & Drum for a class will be discounted 10%.
Prerequisite - Absolute Beginning Sewing and/or Modern Starter Quilt classes.
